Electronic Data Processing in Industry - a Case Book of Management Experience
American Management Assocation 1955. Hard Cover. Much of the content of this title was abstracted from reports presented at the AMA's Special Electronic Conference held at the Hotel Statler in NY Feb 28-Mar 2 1955. Signed in green pen by Frank M. Verzuh, an MIT professor who worked on the MIT Rapid Arithmetic Machine. Also occasional green pen notations throughout the book. Original salmon paper covered boards with minor soiling and fading at the spine panel (Verzuh penned '55 at the base of the spine as normal for books from his library). The AMA's Special Report No. 3. "A relatively early book from the point of view of management (rather than data-processing or computer sales staff), especially since the first electron digital computers were not truly availbale for corporate purchase until 1953-54" (Origins of Cyberspace #427) Good.
