New York: Various 1845-1858. First Edition. Exlibrary (properly withdrawn), 3/4 leather over marbled boards (rebacked simply in leather with black label). Worn at edges, hinges cracked but holding. Generally bright internally with some minor soiling to the pamphlets.

The front of this volume has a multiple foldout color lithograph by Ferd Mayer & Co 96 Fulton St. NY of "Albany Street, extended to BROADWAY as it will appear, the Revolutionary Monument, recently erected, being moved fifty feet south" Tears, refolded, tape repairs. Also a tri-fold "Is the Extension of ALBANY STREET to BROADWAY necessary? April 3, 1854" (major tears into image, some minor losses, taped extensively on rear) We presume these illustrations related to one or more of the pamphlets bound into this collection of pamphlets.
