The paper offered here, 'Question of Parity in Weak Interactions,' was the seminal work by T. D. Lee and C. N. Yang, which when published and experimentally confirmed by their peers led to fundamental new understandings in particle physics. This work in this paper led to their being awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1957 'for their penetrating investigation of the so-called parity laws which has led to important discoveries regarding the elementary particles.'
