"A Treatise on the Law of Descents in Fee-Simple" with separate title page, printed for Richard Watts and dated 1760. First plate is "A Table of Consanguinity" and found opposite page [1] of the first part (binder instructions opposite page 134). Second plate, a folding table of Descents is found opposite page 67 of the second part (binder instructions opposite page 138, probably a misprint for page 13 where first mentioned). Complete. Lightly browned paper throughout, both plates darker than the rest and the second plate with edge tears at the folds. Occasional marginal penciled notation. Good. Boards. [23611]


Well represented institutionally, but scarce in the trade, this is the first Dublin edition.
