The digest existed for 14 years, and ceased publication after the April-May 2001 issue, but had (as of the letter included in this grouping) back issues still available for many years. This grouping includes one index covering Volumes 1-10, and a second stapled xerox covering volumes 11-14 as well as a letter indicating in August 12, 2002 that the publication had ceased publication.
