This article "The Isolation of an Ion, a Precise Measurement of its Charge, and the Correction of Stokes Law" is found on pp 231-256 and is an abridgement of the original first printing of this article in Vol 32 of the Physical Review. The original article was the 'First conclusive measurement of the charge of the electron' for which R. A. Millikan was awarded Nobel prize for Physics in 1923 'for his work on the elementary charge of electricity and on the photo-electric effect'
This volume of the Annual report has many other articles in it including one by Baker on transmitting photographs by telegraphy.
