MACRO-10 is an assembly language for the DEC PDP-10 computer. The author's stated intent is to convey to the reader a more visceral sense of how a computer works using this language. It was designed around coursework, and students were encouraged to write programs on the resident PDP-10 and run them. It is NOT an assembly language coursebook, although the many examples will help aspiring programmers in this realm to better understand what is going on.
Scarce, with only 3 copies in OCLC/Worldcat as of this writing. Similarly the original 1971 printing is very scarce.
