Stanford, California: The Parabolic Press 1982. 174, pages. 8 1/2 x 11 inches. Reading crease, previous owner name and equation on front flyleaf. A read, but sound copy. Very Good. Wraps.
The MIT graduate who gave this to me noted that it is a useful book for attempting to visualize some of what is happening in fluid mechanics systems. To our eye, it is a beautiful art book with fantastical shapes photographed. If you've ever seen a wind tunnel with smoke added to see the swirling wind patterns you get the idea.
