A fortune telling guide of sorts, this copy was well used. This sort of material has always captured the public imagination - a 1924 Boston Globe article "rediscovered" the 1830 NY edition as a public interest story noting that Bonaparte used to refer to the original manuscript often.

OCLC shows these American editions (Vermont:1824; NY:1823, 1828, and 1830; Philadelphia:1824) and one Oxford (?) dated 1839. Also published in a several non-English languages. All are scarce, with at most 3 examples of any imprint institutionally.

This edition (London:1828) is not listed in OCLC as of this writing. Rare.
