Early television magazine edited by Hugo Gernsback - the father of modern Science Fiction and one of the early pioneers of modern television.

Only two issues of this magazine were published before his Experimenter Publishing Company was taken over by creditors.

This issue contains the first clear directions on how to build a television set. Articles include: 'Television IS Here' by Gernsback and numerous articles by other authors: 'How to build a television receiver', 'Sanabria-Hayes Televisor.' 'Special Details on Jenkins Radio Movies', 'Hints to the Television Enthusiast', 'How to Build a Television Receiver'. 'Latest Data on Photo Transmission, 'New Belin Photo-Transmitter', 'How to Build a Radio Photo Recorder', 'Recording Pictures with Air Jet', 'Television's Newest Developments', 'Valensi Television System', 'Infra-Red 'Eye' Sees at Night', 'Quartz Crystals Synchronize Television Sets', 'Vacuum Cameras to Speed Up Television', 'New Jenkins Radio Movies', 'Practical Demonstrations Scheduled for WRNY'. Well illustrated with schematic drawings and photos. Plus many interesting advertisements.

A scarce magazine from the beginning of modern television. Shiers 1312. (noting that this is a second volume of 'ALL ABOUT TELEVISION', and includes reprints of articles published elsewhere after the 1927 issue).
