Lower spine cloth detaching on one side (2 inches). Upper rear corner worn affecting textblock (but no loss of text). Two photographs are portraits on heavy card stock, presumably of the subjects under discussion. Several pencilled notations on verso of first photograph relating to overall rarity, etc from past owners. Signature of Nathaniel Upham Walker on the verso of the second flyleaf. Good. Cloth. [18529]

There are two editions we are aware of - the first with only 58 pages, and one albumen photograph. The second (as here) is 72 pages, and also includes a second albumen photograph. This additional section is titled Francis A. Upham, A Memorial. This edition is much harder to find, with only 2 copies recorded in OCLC versus 23 copies of the one photograph version.
