Properly withdrawn from the Burndy Library, with Bern Dibner gift label on front flyleaf and Alfred Still bookplate on front pastedown. A genuinely scarce, and nicely illustrated, early treatise on telegraphy. 47 numbered illustrations plus some additional charts in the text.
