Eastgate Row, Chester: Phillipson & Golder circa 1909. 36 pages, unpaginated. 8 3/4 x 11 1/4 inches. Maroon publisher's binding in stiff pressed paper boards with small diamond pattern, and gold gilt decorations. Printers imprint (?) embossed at base of rear panel but difficult to read as it was pressed over top of the diamond pattern (possibly Rock's series??). Wear at the extremities, clean internally. Pencilled date of 1909 on first page. Great full size advertisement for Phillipson & Golder(bookseller/stationers) pasted to front pastedown endpaper. Near Fine. Stiff Wrappers. [21002]

A scarce survival, especially in this condition.
