Dayton, Ohio: Keyes Souvenir Card Co c1908. First Edition. 36 unnumbered leaves : all illustrations ; 26 x 32 cm (10 x 12 inches). Wrappers are brown paper printed in red with pasted on image of what appears to be a park. String bound (3 hole punches on each image). Worn at the extremities overall. Pasted note "From CC Anderson To Dr C I Anderson 8-7-1908" inside rear wrapper. Images are bright and clean internally. Each leaf has a tipped on image (persumably an Albertype), with most identified in the negative. We see Colonel Harris Building, Pump House Lake, Alligator Pond, New Mess Hall, Conservatory, etc. Very Good. Wraps. [24042]
