New York: Dyckman Institute 1924. xii, [2], 366 pages. Publisher's red cloth with paper spine label. Spine label with light wear and sunning. Rear panel with odd color variations (dampstaining?). Penciled gift inscription on second front flyleaf encouraging the reader to look at the back of the book where Bolton's signature is inked and dated (1926) upside down (!) on a flyleaf there. Evidence of some glue touchup to the front hinge. Rear hinge sound and original. Glue residue on front pastedown from bookplate, through which "DISCARDED" stamp can be seen.
