The American Antiquarian Society catalog notes publisher Kiggins & Kellogg at "88 John St. New York from 1849 to 1856" and at "123 & 125 William St., New York, between 1856 and 1866."
So our example is probably an early copy at the new address as the publisher used up extra text body stock and used wrappers with the updated address.
