First published in November 1971 as a Dell paperback original #7445. The first hardcover edition was Millington Books, London. The first American hardcover edition was this publication, which was issued in two states simultaneously. The first (as here) was 200 copies with the gray parchtone limitation page. The second, 300 copies, was an unsigned trade issue.
